Astro Deals with Child Slavery
Astro Boy keeps impressing me with the issues dealt with: protecting the environment, justice, mercy, honor, family, and child slavery.
I'm totally impressed at how deep the creator, Osamu Tezuka, was able to make his stories- I guess that's why they call him the "god of anime". This is also the introduction to Uran, Astro's sister, who was a gift given by Dr. Elefun to Astro as a New Year's present. Astro learns about his responsabilities as a brother, and Uran discovers "girl power". :P
