I think it's great when teachers are using new media to teach. What an opportunity for teachers these days with great webware like GoAnimate (make animation), Pixton (make webcomics), and the like. Everything is online now! They don't even have to save it to their own computer! Saves lots of money...
Here's an example made by Pamoat whose assignment seemed to be to make a webcomic about the water resources in Singapore. It's also great because I didn't even know about the issues faced which shows that sometimes using uncommon media can be a great way to get a message out.
I think this student did a great job with the time shift. The time warp is cool. Thanks Uncle Mozzi for the informative time jump field trip. It looks like Singapore is getting things under control.
